India’s October infrastructure output grows 3.1% on year

NEW DELHI (Reuters) – India’s infrastructure output in October grew 3.1% year-on-year, compared to a revised 2.4% growth in September, government data showed on Friday.

Infrastructure output, which accounts for 40% of industrial production, measures activity in eight sectors, including refinery products and electricity.
